OPPORTUNITY
As a National Sales Representative, you will be responsible for enhancing and increasing the customer/shipper base of ATS Logistics. This is an inside sales opportunity that offers you the ability to grow your book of business Nationwide.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
- New sales representatives build a diverse book of business from scratch-with sourcing leads and lead generation
- Driven to meet or exceed monthly goals/metrics
- Report on-site in our downtown Greenville office, M-F
- Success and Skills used in NSR Role-
- Prospecting/qualifying customers/multi-tasker/persistence skill set/confident
- Adaptability and comfortable in fast-paced industry/accountability to achieve goals
- Solution driven/positive focused problem solver, with good negotiating skills
- Great communication and customer care and relationships building/networking/managing/ good listener
- Pursuing new business around the U.S., Canada and Mexico by cold calling and emailing shippers that consistently move products

- NSR’s will be the customer’s liaison within ATS Logistics to ensure their satisfaction
- Have strong skills to work with inside sales role, which includes phone, via one-to-one video and through email
- Progression growth plan for NSR role
- Enjoy working in fast-paced industry, problem solving, prioritization, interpersonal and communication skills
SIMILAR CAREERS: Having experience/background in these careers are relatable and may have transferrable skill sets!
Driver/Logistics inside sales focused on truck load quantity sales focused
In-side sales roles and retail inside sales management with B2B transactions experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education (i.e. two- or four-year degree) preferred but not required OR a minimum of 2 years of work experience in inside sales or logistics related roles with longevity of employment in roles preferred
- One or more year(s) of experience Building a Book of Business/B2B inside sales preferred
- Excellent presentation and verbal staging skills
- A firm understanding of marketing strategies, sales tools, and customer service principles.
- An innovative thinker with results driven success
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet (social media, internet databases and research tools)
- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills with a metrics and results driven approach
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity; trustworthy
- Excellent customer service and retention skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Job Type: Full-time at Greenville Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Work Location: In person (After 6 months of employment, option of working from home 1 day a week per managers recommendation)
Pay: Compensation & Benefits
- Total cash compensation range of this position is $45,900 to $55,900 including a base salary range of $43,000 to $53,000 and first-year training incentive of $2,900. Base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
- In addition to the base salary, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
